Clear Rules. Fair Partnership.

We believe in transparency. Here are the key program terms so you know exactly what to expect before you apply.

90-Day Pilot Phase
The first 90 days are a pilot. Either party may exit with 15 days' written notice. After the pilot, the agreement runs for 12-month terms, auto-renewing unless 30 days' notice is given.
Equipment Stays Solara Property
All deployed units remain Solara Robotics property at all times. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or encumber equipment. Upon termination, equipment must be returned or made available.
Payments Flow Through Solara
Customer contracts must direct payments to a Solara-designated account. You earn your share after Solara collects. No share is earned on uncollected amounts, chargebacks, or write-offs.
Use Approved Contracts Only
Customer agreements must use Solara-provided or Solara-approved forms, pricing, and payment instructions. No modifications without prior written approval from Solara.
Non-Exclusive Territory
The pilot appointment is non-exclusive. Solara may work with other partners in your region. Territory scope is documented in your agreement.
Non-Circumvention (6 Months Post-Term)
During the agreement and for 6 months after, you may not bypass Solara to source Segway Navimow products for opportunities introduced under this program. This does not restrict other equipment brands.
Full Agreement Available Upon Approval
The complete Pilot Channel Partner Agreement (including Schedule A with all commercial terms) is provided to approved applicants before any commitment is required.

Common Questions

No. Solara Robotics owns all deployed equipment. You do not purchase, finance, or hold inventory. Your role is to identify and develop customer opportunities, perform installation and setup, and provide ongoing local support. Solara provides the equipment for approved deployments.
You earn 20% of monthly rental revenue for each X4 Series unit and 25% for each Terranox CM240 unit — calculated on amounts actually collected by Solara from customers. Payments are settled within 7–15 business days after Solara receives each customer payment. You also retain 100% of the installation/setup fee ($299 for X4, $799 for Terranox) per unit deployed.
Customer payments are directed to a Solara-designated account or collection channel — not to you directly. This structure protects Solara's equipment investment and ensures clean accounting. Your revenue share is then settled to you after Solara confirms receipt of each customer payment.
The first 90 days are a pilot phase during which either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days' written notice. After the pilot, the agreement continues for a 12-month initial term and renews automatically unless either party gives 30 days' notice before the end of the term. This protects both sides while we establish a working relationship.
Yes. The non-circumvention clause applies only to Segway Navimow products introduced or approved under this program. You are free to continue or pursue other unrelated business activities and work with other equipment brands.
Upon termination, you are required to cooperate in an orderly transition of customers, equipment, and records. You must stop accepting new program orders and return or make available all Solara-owned equipment and records upon written instruction. All deployed equipment remains Solara property throughout the agreement.
Solara Robotics manages warranty intake and compliance as the authorized Segway dealer. As a Channel Partner, you provide first-line troubleshooting and routine field support (target initial response: 2 business days). Complex warranty repairs are escalated to Solara, who coordinates with Navimow. Sub-dealers performing warranty labor are paid at $115/hour for Segway-approved hours.
No. The pilot program appoints partners on a non-exclusive basis. Solara may work with multiple partners in the same region. Territory scope is agreed at the time of appointment and documented in the agreement.
